Who we are

We are Onni Lab SL, an entertainment company delivering games for mobile devices. If you need it, our registered office is Pl Universitat, 3, 08007 Barcelona, Spain, VAT Number ES B56430531. Onni Lab SL is the controller of your personal information, and is responsible for your personal information. All references in this policy to "Onni Lab", "our", "us" or "we" refer to Onni Lab SL, or our group companies, as appropriate. All references in this policy to "apps" are to our apps that are available to download on mobile devices from time to time.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection and Use

We collect a limited amount of data for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you. The information collected by the app is mandatory in order to comply with the purposes for which it is being collected. If you choose to not provide this data your requests may not be met.

The data processed by Onni Lab is collected for the purposes listed in this document and is obtained either directly from the user or from their use of the app.

Information Collection and Use

We may collect your Data when:

You install any of our apps for the first time or create an account

When downloading our apps, we collect the date, time and install source of your download along with information about your country and region. Upon first install we may automatically generate a user ID. We do not collect any other personal information (such as name, date of birth, email, etc.) unless you decide to share it with us (for example by changing your in-game name to your real name).

You sign into our service by creating an account or using a third party platform

Some of our apps may offer the possibility to connect your account to third-party accounts (i.e. Google Play, Facebook, Apple Game Center). We offer this possibility to allow you to participate in social features and high scores. If you connect your game through third party accounts, we may collect your user ID for the third-party service along with a login token in order to allow us to verify your identity without you having to re-enter your credentials.

You make a purchase inside our apps

When you make a purchase inside our apps, we only collect data required to process and authenticate the transaction (such as a transaction ID and timestamp). We never collect or store any payment information such as your credit card number. When making any purchase with in-game currency we only collect data about the transaction type and spend you have made using virtual items.

You use our applications on a mobile phone

When using our apps we will collect

• Your game data in order to improve the experience and the security of our services such as game progress, rewards and rankings. We also collect statistics such as game time or usage information about the various features of our apps as well as data associated with any bugs or application errors.

• Your login data in order to enable the security and operation of our services. These include the identifier of your device and connection (IP address, MAC Address), timestamps and information concerning the device and operating systems you use.

We will use various types of technologies such as cookies to collect such Data when you use our applications and services or visit a third party website where we and our partners provide content or carry out its use analysis. We will allow our partners to set and access their cookies on your device. These cookies are subject to their own privacy policies and not this privacy policy. For a list of these partners and their privacy policies refer to Annex A.

To provide you with personalized advertisements

We collect various data points such as the type of advertisement along with the number of times it was viewed, its location inside of our apps as well as the identifier of your device (Google Advertising ID (AAID) on Android devices and your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS devices).

We combine this data with our partners when you use our apps. We may also augment this data with demographic, advertising and market studies or other surveys.

We use this data to offer you personalized advertising, services and products or personalized content via our apps or apps and services of our partners.

You may, at any time, withdraw your consent or object to the personalization of advertising.

For a personalized advertisement experience, the advertising networks and their partners, some of which are listed below may collect or receive device information from our apps and other apps that include personal and non-personal information, such as advertising (or ad) identifiers, IP address, or other information regarding the delivery of advertisements and your interaction with them, inventory of installed apps and/or other tracking technologies to provide measurement services, personalization, ad selection, delivery, reporting, and optimize targeted ads. You contact us in-game, through email, social media or other channels

When contacting us we collect data which you provide, such as but not limited to your name, user name, device identifier, country and the games that you are playing. Depending on your question we may also ask you to share additional data to help us answer your query.

We only use this data to answer your query, analyze the issue and to respond to your requests.

To prevent fraud or behavior which violates our Terms of Service

By using our apps you agree to comply with our Terms of Service. If you do not comply with these rules (i.e. by cheating or modifying the game in any way) you may be sanctioned. We will retain data required for the enforcement of sanctions such as your account identifier, your IP address or the identifier of your device. 

To comply with legal obligations

We may be required to keep certain data to comply with legal obligations derived from regulations which may be applicable to Onni Lab.

How long do we keep your personal information?

How long we retain your information depends on why we collected it and how we use it. We will only keep your Data for the time strictly necessary to carry out the operations for which the data has been collected. In some cases we may retain your data for longer. For instance, we may retain some information for a few years after you have closed your account with us if this is necessary to meet our legal obligations or to exercise, defend or establish legal rights.

Special category personal data

We do not usually process any personal data related to your political opinions, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data or any other data purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation, nor any information concerning criminal convictions and offenses.

In case we are required to process this kind of data we will inform you in advance and seek your explicit consent for such processing or inform you of any other lawful basis for the processing. We may also give you the opportunity to opt out.

How do we share your personal data

We may share your data with

• Various technical services providers which help us to deliver our services

• Our advertising partners who help us to provide you with personalized advertising or personalized content

• Judicial or administrative bodies in case we are required to do so by law

In addition, we may share your information (which may include personal information) with third parties or allow third parties to collect this information from our Services.

In such cases where your Data may be transferred to countries located outside of the European Union who provide an equivalent level of protection. Onni Lab will adopt sufficient safeguards to make sure the personal data is protected (for example, by the signing of standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

The applicable data protection laws give you certain specific rights in relation to the processing of personal data that concerns you.

Please note that not all these apply in all circumstances. However, you are always welcome to contact us with any request relating to processing of your personal data. Even where we are not obliged by law to comply with your request, we will try to accommodate your wishes.

Access

You have the right to be informed by Onni Lab of whether it is processing your personal data and, if so, to have access to such data and to receive information on the purposes for which they are processed, the categories of data affected by the processing, the recipients to whom your personal data were communicated and the foreseen period for which the data will be kept, among other information.

Rectification

You have the right to have any inaccurate or incomplete personal data rectified without undue delay.

Erasure

Sometimes called the ‘right to be forgotten’, in certain circumstances, you have the right to have personal data that concerns you erased without undue delay.

Restriction

In certain circumstances (e.g., where the user disputes the accuracy of his or her data, while the accuracy of the data is being verified), he or she may request that the processing of his or her personal data be restricted and processed only for the purpose of pursuing or defending claims.

Consent withdrawal

You also have the right to withdraw the consent at any time and free of charge, which will not impact the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of your consent prior to the withdrawal.

Objection

You have the right to object to the processing at any time, on grounds relating to your personal situation, where the processing is based on our legitimate interest or on the legitimate interest of a third party (including processing for the purpose of direct marketing and profiling). In this case, Onni Lab will cease processing, unless legitimate reasons can be demonstrated.

Data portability

In certain limited circumstances, you have the right to receive any personal data concerning you that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly-used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance.

When can we use your data?

We can use your Data in one of the following circumstances:

Contractual obligations:  In some cases we need to process the personal data pursuant to a contract with you or a third party, such as Apple or Google, or to comply with a legal obligation.

Legitimate interest: We process the above mentioned data in the pursuit of our legitimate business interests, including the pursuit of new business, new customers and revenue streams, as well as the development of new, improved apps and games and building our share of the market, our reputation and brands.

Your consent: We will ask for your consent to offer you advertisements, products, services or personalized content depending on your user profile.

Can minors access our services?

Our websites and games are not for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Children under 13 should not use these websites or games at any time. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable measures to promptly remove that information from our records.

Special circumstances of processing

In the event that Onni Lab undergoes a business transition (including proposed transactions), like a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or part of its assets (like selling a game), we may disclose or transfer all of your information, including personal information, to the successor organization in the transition. We will make reasonable efforts to let you and other players know (in the way described in Changes to Our Privacy Policy) of the business transition before transferring your personal information.

Notice to California residents

California residents with an established business relationship with us may opt out of our disclosure of personal information to third parties that can be used for their own direct marketing purposes. To opt out please email us at contact@onnilab.com.

Notice to Nevada residents

We do not transfer personal information for monetary consideration. If you would like to tell us not to sell your information in the future, please email us at contact@onnilab.com with your name, postal address, telephone number and email address with “Do not sell” in the subject line.

Data Security

We follow generally accepted industry standards and maintain appropriate safeguards to help protect the security, integrity, and privacy of the information we collect about you. These security measures are designed to protect against the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, the information under our control. However, no system can be 100% secure and we cannot guarantee our security measures.

Changes to our privacy policy

We may need to update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes to our data processing practices. If we do this and the changes are material, we will post a notice on onnilab.com for at least 7 days before the changes are made.
